The specially shaped seat allows the free fluid stream in open position. Therefore the ELLIPS valves are very interesting when low flow resistance is required.
The bevel seat valve ELLIPS is available from size 8 mm to 100 mm with an operating pressure of 25 bar and a temperature range to -253°C.
The ELLIPS valve is characterised by a very good DN/cv-value ratio. The ELLIPS valve therefore allows to apply smaller sizes than usual.
